LOCAL TAX

A visitor’s tax of 1.40€ per person per night ( from the age of 14 years) will be charged. The local tax is compulsory.

FINAL CLEANING

The final cleaning fee is €50.00 and is added to the total price.

MINIMUM STAY
The minimum stay is four nights. 

DOG
We charge €10.00 per day (food excluded) for pets.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

On arrival, the apartment will be available from 2:00 pm onwards. In order to better organize the check-in, we kindly ask our guests to provide us a few days in advance with their arrival time and a contact number such that Teresa can welcome them personally.

The check-out must be done by 10:00 am on departure day. Subject to availability, late check-out is possible.

In case of late arrival or early departure, the full amount of the stay will be charged.

DEPOSIT

To confirm the reservation, we kindly ask our guests to send us a deposit of 30%.

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept cash, check, credit and debit card.

BOOKING CANCELLATION

Booking cancellation up to two weeks before the arrival date is free of charge and the deposit will be returned. After this date, the 30% deposit will not be refunded. Cancellation of reservation must be in writing. 

NO SMOKING

Ciasa Merscia is a non-smoking accommodation. Therefore, we kindly ask our guests not to smoke inside the apartment.
